Winter is a time of outdoor exploration and adventure. Who says one has to stay inside and hibernate just like the bears do. We humans have the ability to enjoy nature’s playground of endless opportunities for exciting activities that are good for all our senses.

The exercise and change in scenery will no doubt boost your demeanor as well as improve your ability to deal with stress thereby reducing propensity for illness.
